No request would be entertained on the telephone/social media platforms.

Note: Our customer service working hours are 10:30AM to 5:30 PM (Monday - Saturday). No customer service will be available on weekends, All bank & national holidays

Shipment processing time

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery

If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Your order will be delivered within 4 to 7 working days following the order confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sundays, local/national holidays


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

  • We offer Free Shipping on allorders.

  • Orders are delivered within 4-7 working days.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s)

  • The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours

    COD and PPCOD charges:
    Please note any charges paid during partial payment on the checkout for our PPCOD service is not refundable.


    Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been scheduled for pick up by our delivery partner. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched

However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead as we have a short grace period after the order is confirmed.

Restrictions on return shipment

Our delivery partners will only accept Vibecraftclothing's articles that are returned in their original packaging. Please do not include any other items in the package as these could violate shipping regulations as your return may then not be accepted by our delivery partner/us.
